The on-call duty schedule is at the heart of alarm management. In consideration of the acknowledgement status, this module manages alarm transmission and escalation (messaging and alarm platform). On-call duty participants are entered into calendars according to individual responsibility. Specific alarm parameters are assigned to them such as availability or maximum number of alarm repetitions. Far-reaching settings can be entered such as suppression of unimportant messages during rest periods or an individually configurable message sequence. An unlimited number of duty rosters can be stored for group systems. Alarm transmission and on-call duty status can thus be defined individually for each system segment.
