Connectors and Interface Drivers

Even in the basic version, METRAVIEW offers various integrated data interfaces (connectors), which permit data transfer to the software platform. These include:

• OPC UDA DA client
• OPC classic DA/AE client
• Calculated values
• Web API (for data sharing)

Beyond these standards, the following additional connectors and interface drivers are also available, which can be used to customize any METRAVIEW solution to meet your individual needs.

OPC text file (article no. Z8021)
Connector for automated read-in of text structures, e.g. CSV files and web APIs (data source: file system, FTPS, e-mail, HTTPS request).

MSCONS (article no. Z8022)
Utilities data exchange: MSCONS import/export, LPEX import. MSCONS is a standardized format used by the energy industry and is based on the EDIFACT international standard for data exchange. The format facilitates standardized transmission of load profile and meter data. Utilities in Germany are required to provide customers with this consumption data as required.
